With COVID-19, inflation and rising concerns, the market has plummeted dramatically. Can you share the type of we can use in these type of market conditions? Help!

During the January 2022 contracts, the S&P 500 declined by 5.5%. In this video, Alan shows a series of rolling-down trades he executed reducing the loss in half. An ETF, XLV, was used and includes a screenshot of the broker trading form and calculations with the BCI Trade Management Calculator.
