Hello Alan,
I use only portfolio overwriting where it is essential that my shares aren’t sold. When the market rises a lot, I may have to roll the option out an up. This may result in a loss on the option side. My question is: how should I select the next strike given the option loss when rolling?
I would appreciate any guidance.
Paul
